PDFByHand is provided by CLEARDEAL LLC. By using this site and its tools, you accept these terms.

The tools

The tools on this site run in your browser and are provided as-is. Free tools may be used without an account. The PDFByHand Toolkit is available for a one-time payment of $39, which grants use of the Toolkit to the buyer. Prices are stated as of October 2026 and may change for future buyers.

Your documents

Your documents remain your responsibility. Tools run on your own device, and files you work on are not sent to CLEARDEAL LLC. Before you rely on a finished file — a filled form, a signed agreement, a merged packet — check it over yourself. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you type, sign, send, and file.

Fair use

Use the tools only on documents you have the right to work on. Do not use this site to handle documents in a way that breaks the law or another person's rights.

Not advice

Nothing on this site is legal advice, financial advice, or advice of any other professional kind. For decisions that carry legal or financial weight, consult a qualified professional.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CLEARDEAL LLC is not liable for losses arising from use of the tools or from documents produced with them. The tools are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
